living here has been so awesome; i have a great hostmom, michelle, a roomate, jenna, my own room, and a cat named salsa, who is hilarious!! it's a tiny little place, but it suites us three really well. it's a long but pleasant walk to school, and a semi-greuling mountain hike home!! but i love it all the same.

okay so it's been a while, and seeing as how i have another excursion this weekend and then suzanne comes i figured i should probably get caught up or i'll have more pictures and things to say than will fit anywhere!! the last excursion to the "ferme l'oisilette" was interesting to say the least; i was freezing from the wind, and wandering around a farm collecting leaks (which are like onions) from the ground, feeding animals, and feeling a little bit like martha stewert in a craft class. strange?? why yes, it was. but after that we got to go to a wine tasting were was beaucoup du vin, and all was made well again!!
